The desk responds to a written request through the live support desk. The desk does not handle account, KYC or payment-data questions on this product profile; those belong to the operator and go through the in-app help.
The desk's response to a privacy request names what the desk found, what the desk did and what the operator is the right path for. The response is sent through the same channel the request arrived on.
Under-18 visitors
gamesrs9.com is the brand-app profile for the rs9 Android app. Children are not the audience here. The operator's sign-up screen enforces the 18+ gate at registration, and the gamesrs9.com hostname does not run age-gated advertising or third-party retargeting directed at minors. If a child has submitted a message through the contact form, the live support desk deletes the message and any derivative record on receipt.
