Legal

Privacy notice for the gamesrs9 site.

What gamesrs9.com collects, what it does not collect and where to send a privacy question. gamesrs9.com is a brand-app profile for the rs9 Android app. The operator handles account, deposit and KYC data inside the app.

What the desk collects

Two narrow categories

  • Standard server logs (IP, user agent, referer, request path) used to run gamesrs9.com.
  • Optional feedback the visitor types into the contact form.
What gamesrs9.com does not collect

Three things gamesrs9.com stays away from

  • Account credentials. gamesrs9.com does not host a sign-in form for the rs9 app.
  • KYC documents. KYC runs inside the app, on the operator's screen.
  • Payment details. gamesrs9.com does not host a deposit or withdrawal flow.
Cookies

What cookies gamesrs9.com sets

gamesrs9.com sets the cookies required to run a static HTML site and a small number of analytics cookies if analytics is enabled. gamesrs9.com does not set advertising cookies. gamesrs9.com's cookie banner describes what is set, and the visitor can decline non-essential cookies.

Storage and retention

Where the data lives and how long

Server logs are kept for the standard operational window. Contact-form feedback is kept until the desk replies and the case is closed. After that, the desk redacts identifying fields and keeps the rest of the case for audit.

Where to send a privacy question

Two verified paths

1. The in-app help inside the rs9 app handles any account, KYC or payment-data question. The operator's privacy team owns that data.

2. The live support desk on this product profile handles questions about the gamesrs9 site itself: server logs, cookies, contact-form retention.

Server logs

What the desk sees in standard web logs

Standard web server logs record the IP address, the user agent, the referring URL (where you came from) and the request path (which page you opened). The desk uses these logs to keep gamesrs9.com running, to detect abuse and to diagnose errors. The desk does not use server logs to build a visitor profile, to retarget advertising or to share data with a third party.

Server logs are kept for the standard operational window. The window is short, typically 30 days, and aligns with the host's default retention. After the window, the logs are deleted or aggregated into anonymous counters (for example, "973 page views on 25 Aug 2026") that cannot be traced back to an individual visitor.

Third parties

What the desk does not share with third parties

The gamesrs9 desk does not sell visitor data, does not share visitor data with advertising networks and does not embed third-party advertising scripts. If analytics is enabled, the analytics script records anonymous page-view counts and may record an IP address truncated to the network boundary. The full IP address is not stored by the analytics provider for longer than the analytics provider's standard window.

The desk does not embed social-login scripts, social-share buttons that leak referer headers, or third-party tracking pixels. If a future build needs any of those, the privacy notice is updated before the script is added. The visitor can read the current script inventory in the third-parties section above.

Visitor rights

What you can ask the desk to do

A visitor can ask the desk to confirm what data the desk holds, to delete the contact-form message the visitor sent, and to clarify the server-log retention window. The desk responds to a written request through the live support desk. The desk does not handle account, KYC or payment-data questions on this product profile; those belong to the operator and go through the in-app help.

The desk's response to a privacy request names what the desk found, what the desk did and what the operator is the right path for. The response is sent through the same channel the request arrived on.

Children

Under-18 visitors

gamesrs9.com is the brand-app profile for the rs9 Android app. Children are not the audience here. The operator's sign-up screen enforces the 18+ gate at registration, and the gamesrs9.com hostname does not run age-gated advertising or third-party retargeting directed at minors. If a child has submitted a message through the contact form, the live support desk deletes the message and any derivative record on receipt.

The editorial copy on every public route is written for an adult shortlisting reader. Imagery, language and third-party tags stay adult in framing. Retargeting segments configured by the operator exclude anyone flagged under 18 on the operator side, and the desk does not override that exclusion from gamesrs9.com.

Changes to this notice

How the desk updates the privacy notice

The desk updates this privacy notice when the data collected or the third-party script inventory changes. Each update carries a captured-at date so a returning visitor can see what changed. The desk does not silently rewrite the privacy notice in place; the change is visible in the changes section above.

This notice was captured on 25 Aug 2026. The next capture overwrites the date label when the data inventory changes.
