How it works

You have the APK on your phone. The next decision is your first deposit tier.

The flow below takes you from a verified APK to your first contest and the first withdrawal request. Each step lists what the rs9 app does and what still requires the operator's help.

Sequence

Five steps from APK to first contest

  1. Sign in or create an account. Use a real mobile number; KYC depends on it.
  2. Complete KYC. The operator's help lists the accepted documents. Do it before the first withdrawal.
  3. Make the first deposit. Pick a tier from the welcome structure; the bonus attaches to that tier.
  4. Enter a contest. The Fantasy, Rummy and Sports tabs all accept the same wallet.
  5. Withdraw. Open the withdrawal screen. The operator's processing time is not published here.

KYC

What KYC looks like on the operator's screen

The operator's KYC screen asks for the documents that match your country and account type. We do not list the documents here. The screen opens automatically before your first withdrawal.

Skip KYC and the operator freezes withdrawals until it is done. Do it once.

Common mistakes

What to avoid in the first session

  • Skipping KYC. You will hit a wall at withdrawal time.
  • Ignoring your jurisdiction. Some states block real-money apps.
  • Depositing before reading the bonus turnover requirement.
  • Using someone else's card. KYC will reject it.
  • Sharing your password. The operator will never ask for it.
Withdrawal

Withdrawal language, not numbers

The withdrawal screen lets you send funds back to the method you used to deposit, subject to the operator's processing window. We do not publish the processing window here. Verify the timeline on the install page before your first withdrawal.

First deposit decisions

Picking the right tier for your first deposit

The welcome tier you choose sets the size of the attached bonus. The bonus attaches to the tier, not to the player, so a tier-2 deposit of ₹500 cannot be re-attached as a tier-1 deposit later. The captured tiers are ₹100, ₹500 and ₹1,000, with a Gullak Cash variant on a ₹500+ deposit basis. The Gullak variant holds the bonus in a vault and releases it across sessions, which smooths the variance for a player who plans to play across multiple days rather than one long session.

If you only want to test the catalogue, the lowest tier is the right entry. If you plan to play through the bonus turnover on a single day, the higher tier gives a larger bonus against the same play volume. The turnover requirement and the eligible categories are operator-side and should be re-read on the install page before each deposit.

Single wallet, multiple categories

How the wallet follows you across the app

The rs9 wallet is one balance that follows you across Live tables, Fantasy, Rummy, Sports and Rewards. You do not transfer funds between categories, and the bonus balance is tracked separately from the cash balance. The wallet screen shows the cash balance, the bonus balance and the locked balance (the amount tied to open contests or pending withdrawals) as three distinct rows.

The Fantasy, Rummy and Sports tabs each read from the same wallet, so a withdrawal from a Fantasy contest credit lands in the same balance as a Live-tables win. The single-wallet design is one of the simpler parts of the post-install flow, but it is also the part most often confused by readers who are used to multi-wallet apps.

KYC, step by step

What the operator's KYC screen actually asks for

The KYC screen opens automatically the first time you tap Withdraw. The exact document list is operator-side. Common document families include a government photo ID, a proof of address and a payment-method proof. The operator's help lists the accepted formats and the size limits.

KYC runs once per account. Once it passes, the same KYC status follows you across deposits, contests and withdrawals. If a document is rejected, the screen names the reason. Do not retry without reading the reason.

Bonus turnover, in plain language

What turnover means on a welcome bonus

A turnover requirement is the volume of play you need to complete before the bonus becomes withdrawable. The multiplier (for example, 20x) is the number of times you need to play the bonus amount across eligible categories. The eligible categories are set in the bonus terms; not all categories contribute equally to turnover.

If your shortlist cares about bonus value, compare the effective bonus value, not the headline number. Headline numbers ignore turnover. Effective value is bonus divided by the turnover requirement, weighted by your likely play mix.

First contest

Choosing a contest for the first session

The Fantasy, Rummy and Sports tabs each have a list of contests you can enter. The first contest for a new account is best chosen by category fit rather than prize pool. A Fantasy contest that fits a sport you follow has a higher expected return than a headline prize pool with a format you do not recognise.

For Live tables, start with a low-stakes table to learn the dealer pace and the bet timing. For Rummy, the points variant is the most common entry, and the pool variant has a different stake and timing structure. Verify the stake, the prize distribution and the contest window in-app before you enter.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal language without the numbers

The withdrawal screen lets you send funds back to the method you used to deposit. The processing window is operator-side and is not in the captured snapshot. Verify the operator's withdrawal timeline on the install page before your first withdrawal, and treat any number a third party publishes as an aspirational target pending verification.

Common reasons a withdrawal stalls include an incomplete KYC, an unmatched payment method and a bonus turnover that has not yet been completed. The withdrawal screen surfaces these reasons in plain language. Read them in order and address the first one before retrying.

Stall reasonWhat to do
KYC not completedOpen the KYC screen and complete the document upload.
Bonus turnover not metRead the bonus terms, complete the turnover, then retry.
Payment method mismatchWithdraw to the same method you used to deposit. Some operators do not allow a different method.
Pending depositWait for the deposit to clear. Withdrawals are typically blocked while a deposit is pending.

What the captured walkthrough does not conclude

The steps above map the decisions a first-session reader faces. The walkthrough does not name the operator's KYC document list, the operator's deposit method list, the minimum deposit, the bonus multiplier, the bonus turnover requirement, the eligible categories or the operator's withdrawal timeline. Each of those is operator-side and is set on the install page.

Treat the walkthrough as a layout of the decisions you will face, not as a substitute for the install page. Verify each number on the install page before you commit.

How-it-works FAQ

Questions a first-session reader asks

What is the first deposit tier on rs9?
The published welcome tiers are ₹100, ₹500 and ₹1,000, plus a Gullak Cash variant. Confirm the active tier on the install page.
When does KYC run?
Before the first withdrawal. The operator's in-app help lists the accepted documents.
How long does a withdrawal take?
We do not publish a payout speed. Verify the operator's withdrawal timeline on the install page.
Can I skip KYC?
No. The operator freezes withdrawals until KYC passes.

Use the in-app account menu. The operator's help lists the verification steps. The change is logged against the account.
What is the Gullak Cash variant?
A welcome format that holds the bonus in a vault and releases it across sessions. The deposit basis is the same as the standard tiers.
